The new manager is fantastic, professional and honest. If you have a problem, contact her, it always works for me' I see some of these hurtful posting and tend to "bite my lip"! Get a life and count your blessings.

It is a pity that past employees have nothing better to do than to write mean comments about Alara Cool Springs. The reason you are no longer employed there is because RAM expects only the best.

wow....i do NOT live at alara although i was SERIOUISLY contemplating it, until i found this website. To all the people who put comments, if they were true then i appreciate it....im am the consumer and this website was created to help the consumer. As for the managers and others that are using this website to pad their reviews and feud with each other, you guys honestly make me sick. From the comment from friendlyresident69, i really see how petty and stuck up the staff probably is....ATTENTION THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR MANAGERS OR PAST ANGRY EMPLOYEES TO PUT COMMENTS, IT IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ACTUALLY LIVED AT ALARA, AND ALSO TO ANY MANAGER YOU WOULD NOT LIKE TO BE LIED TO ABOUT WHERE YOU ARE LIVING, SO DONT LIE TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE CONSIDERING THIS APTMNT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Our new apartment manager, Cindy Fannin, is a breath of fresh air in contrast to former Alara Cool Springs apartment manager Tammy McDaniel. Cindy Fannin is responsive and her approach to management and communication with tenants reflects the caliber of the upper-scale apartment community we live in. Tammy was a COMPLETE nightmare. Any tenant who ever had an unresolved problem under her management will attest to that. Tammy used intimidation tactics to 'put tenants in their place' who complained about something she didn't want to take care of. RAM was wise to 'clean house'. Wish I could have been there on the day she left to say 'GOOD RIDDENS'!!! If you read this comment Tammy, SO GLAD YOU'RE GONE!!!!!

RAM PARTNERS, LLC who own this dump and who are glad to take your money while you feces in your food from the rat infested Alara apartments. Call them in Atlanta at #770-437-5200 - won't do any good. These are the people capitalizing from your stupidity of living here. The apartments are not up to code and get away with it by having sprinkler systems that water their flowers.
