My name is -------- and I have lived here at the Alara's for almost a year now. I relocated with Nissan from California and I have to admit, although it was a culture shock and HUGE adjustment with a lot of negatives, living at the Alara's was one of the best things i have enjoyed. The place is beautiful and my experiences with the staff has always been ultra pleasant. They always greeted me with a smile and great attitude and everyone has always been nothing but helpful. From the get go , ------(hope i didnt mispell) was the biggest aide in helping me understand my lease and --- and the rest of the ladies in the lobby have always been willing and able to help me over the phone with questions and even grabbing my shipments of mail. Although I am speaking for myself, I absouletly enjoyed it there, even when i was away from Los Angeles, I still felt at home in my apt. So here's one BIG Thank YOU! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I am glad that you have had a good experience with the staff. However that is not the case for myself and some others I have spoken with. I never know what to expect what kind of attitude I will get. I have tried being very nice and I am beginning to think there is just an ego trip going on. As for ------ she did do her job well. I agree with you about her. The manager has been very weird, nice and then rude and I guess her staff follows her lead. I will say the grounds are very pretty and it's just too bad the office staff can be so ugly most of the time. I do not mean the way they look.
