I'm not sure why there are others who say they do not like Alara, but I think the office staff are very nice. When I went over there in May, Dee was the one who helped me pick my apartment & she was the one who showed me around and I met with Theresa as well. I am the one who posted about how helpful & professional the office staff is on 7/11/07 and I didn't create a username at the time. And no, I'm not an office staff person. I personally thought the staff was nice and they helped me out a lot. I was very impressed with them.
