I have been here several months now. I was hoping things would get better as time passed. My apartment was dirty when I moved into the unit. I reported this to management immediately. It took over 2 weeks to begin getting the issues addressed. There were many things that were broken and not working. When maintenance would work on things they would leave more things broken when they left. Not to mention that on several occasions they tracked up the carpet with black marks. Don't believe anything they tell you. They changed my rate after we agreed on the price several weeks prior to me moving in. They also don't tell you about many additional fees that are charged such as when they set up the billing for the water.
The office staff called me a LIAR!
MY ADVISE IS TO STAY AWAY!! It is overpriced for the service and the facility!!! All the residents I have spoken to have the same feeling I have.

I was this chicks neighbor...she is crazy. She finally moved out. She finally moved out and we have some peace. I think she left because she couldn't afford to be here.

what on earth in her review would make you qualified to know that you lived next to her? That review is completely anonymous - that's like me saying I'm your neighbor and I know you have the clap because I've seen your get into your car and go to work in the morning. Wow. You must be psychic.
