ALARA Cool Springs

We moved in, in December. Have had several maintenance issues. Cable was not hooked up in bedroom. They had to run a cable under our carpet to get it to work. Our hot water heater was broke when we moved in. Took 3 days to get it fixed. Counter tops were warped and the laundry room doors fell off the tracks. But they have addressed everything so far. I think we are finally settling in and have not noticed anything else wrong with the apartment. Our neighbors are nice. Although one listens to 70s love songs really loud during the day. But he keeps quiet at night. Office staff is mixed. One girl is always really out there and tries to help. I dealt with another one night and she just kind of looked at me like "its 5:30 and I want to go home".
I'm giving the place a 3 out of 5 for now because I think for what we are paying they should have done a better walkthrough of the apartment. I understand that things tear up from time to time but this place was a wreck when we moved in. That said, if things continue as smoothly as they have for the pass few weeks, I will give them a better review next time. I'm also going to recomend the apartments. Just be sure to agree to doing a walkthrough with them before you sign the lease.

Hi, I???m the property manager, Darcey. We here at ALARA Cool Springs are familiar with this apartment and the rare situations that have occurred. The resident is correct when stating that her master bedroom had no cable. We found this situation to be equally bizarre that for the past 11 years no prior resident had made us aware that they could not receive cable in the bedroom. We immediately called a contractor, therefore taking three days to complete the work. We responded with maintenance within 24 hours. A few other situations happened that we responded to quickly and apologized. We always strive to have superior apartments and unfortunately, we had a few small hiccups here. We hope this resident will soon find that we are a 5 and not a 3.

The reason your hot water heater broke is because the apartment managers know the hot water tanks are about to break and do nothing about them until they do. This is why you are forced to get renter's insurance. You will also be getting lung disease and infections that will show up in years to come from the possibly outdated pesticides used and the proven to be harmful carpet "cleaners" used. Get out of the apartment. They do not respond within 24 hours EVER. They will put it in writing here lying, but could care less about your visits to the hospital from your child getting feces in it's mouth from their unclean apartments. PLEASE ANYONE PUT THE APARTMENT NUMBER ON YOUR REVIEWS, SO THAT THE NEXT RENTER MAY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE WALKING INTO IF THEY ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO RENT FROM ALARA APT.
