Very disappointed in this place. The difference between the model I was shown and the actual unit I was given was vast. Shoddy workmanship all over the apartment with cabinets, doors, etc. Holes in closets and cabinet walls allowed for mice to ruin furniture and clothing. The staff was in no rush to fix issues or help with mouse problem. My unit had signs of having water damaged that was quickly covered up before I moved in. I shortly found out from a neighbor that the apartment had actually had water run into it. The staff was super friendly but once I signed the dotted line any questions or requests were obviously putting the staff memebers through a great deal of trouble. The walls were so thin that it often sounded like someone was inside my apartment when the neighbors kids were running around their apartment. I rarely got a night of sleep without being woken up by the noise. The pool was overtaken by a rowdy younger crowd bringing everyone they knew over. All in all I was counting down the days for July to end so I could leave this place. They put on a nice facade of a great complex with friendly staff but that all goes out of the window when you sign the dotted line. I can say that the maintenance staff was nice but that does not matter if the office staff just discards your requests. There are also some really nice neighbors around the complex but it did not outweigh the depression that sank in everytime I walked into my apartment. Oh, and the management group for this complex also does not respond to problems or issues as I sent emails and voicemails and never received so much as a response.
