The management is continually looking to attract new tenants. Therefore, initial costs are low and "rebates" are great. Beware though if you need to extend. Whopping increases. And forget month-to-month. They have given new meaning to the words price gouging. No wonder there are always so many vacant apartments.

Parking is an issue, as well as people picking up after their pets. You could wallpaper an apartment with all of the "notices" regarding pets, parking and trash. No matter - nobody obeys anyway. It is a shame because the complete disregard for simple rules makes things unpleasant.

The Fitness Center and pool are great.
Convenience to the highway and Cool Springs area is excellent. Utilities are quite reasonable.

Too bad the prices are so ridiculous - this could be a great place to live.
