This community has changed hands, and is owned by a new leasing company. Watch out! Don't sign the lease without carefully reading it. I renewed my lease, and they made me sign a whole new lease. It was too late for me to find a new place to live, so I had to comply. The new lease DOES NOT PROTECT YOU. Be wary of the clauses about liability that are designed to protect the leasing co and NOT YOU. I would recommend going somewhere else. I don't like this new agency and will not be renewing my lease again. ALSO, the charges for breaking a lease are way out of control, especially if they have given you a "special" on the rent. Just watch out, that's my warning.
