New mgmt seems lost... going down hill fast.

What used to be a great property has gone down pretty fast with the current management. The office and staff seem to be understaffed and just totally lost. It appears the new owning company is looking to cut corners and make as much money as possible...the referal fee has gone down from $400 to $250 and now $100!! I can refer someone to a property next door (Crowne Brook) and get $250.... the grounds aren't kept as nice as they were with the last mgmt.... when you get ready to renew your lease, be well prepared to do all the work yourself as the office doesn't even seem to know when your lease is up... I'm sure they will figure it out if you don't give them 60 days notice though so they can rob some more money from you! Ants are a BIG problem and I'm on the 4th floor! The carpet and floor in my unit was bad when I moved in over a year ago and looks pretty bad. This is a very nice area and this used to be the nicest apartments..... not any more.
