Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
Apartment staff are the main problem here. Once a contract is signed, they don't care anymore. If you push them, they'll become downright vicious and threatening. I made a mistake by signing a 1-year lease with them. Don't live here. There are plenty of other places to live in the Nashville/Cool Springs area.
