I am a single, female and have lived here for almost a year. I love the community and the staff is friendly and helpful. My apartment is the quietest I have ever lived in, but that may be because I'm on the top floor. At first, the stairs were a bear, but now I love being on top and have a great view of the pool and all the way out to the horizon.
Having a dog here is easy. Of course, you have to pick up after your dog, but there are poop bag stations all around. Great green spaces to walk the dog and a small pet run area, too.
New restaurants are opening in the area and you couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Everything you could possibly want to eat or buy is within a 3-mile radius.
