Once new management took over, a genuine effort was made to keep residents happy. Maintenance improved drastically, they kicked out a sketchy water billing company, and rents stayed reasonable. The construction of the apartments is a little cheap and the insulation seems worse than other places I've lived, but nothing terrible. The grounds, exteriors, and interiors are well-maintained except for a few parking lot lights that always seemed to burn out or flicker. Residents were generally quiet although you could hear some noise from adjacent neighbors like heavy walking or loud arguments occasionally. The location is great and getting better - very easy access to multiple grocery stores, I-65, and some new restaurants and shopping.
