I see plenty of reviews for Alara Brooks that say how stupid the girls in the office are or how slow the service guys are. But let's be realistic. It's an APARTMENT, not a single family home. Yes you will hear some noise from neighbors. Yes there will be trash on the grounds from time to time. Yes there might be times where you wait a few days for a light bulb in your apartment to be changed(God forbid).
If you're old enough to sign a lease, you're old enough to change your kitchen light bulbs or your own air filter. If your toilet is clogged get a plunger for pete's sake. The service man is more than happy to help if he can. I don't know his name, but I know he is the only service man here right now. He's certainly very busy because I even see him here on weekends.
