Worst Apartment I have ever lived in

After living in this complex for almost a year I have to say that this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I had to ask for a copy of my lease; there were numerous stains on our carpet prior to moving in (we were told the would fix it but I gave up complaining about after 3 months). It's clear to me that the staff has no idea what is going on. I am just shocked at how bad their customer service is. This is a gated community and the gates are never closed. What the heck am I paying for then'
Overall this apartment is definitely not worth the amount of money that I'm paying for it. I wish I could move but I guess I'll have to wait till my lease is up!
