I have lived at Alara Brook for exactly one year. The apartments are clean and maintained very well. I have never had any issues with repairs, and the office staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The reviews below are written by small-minded individuals who do not know the difference between renting an apartment for the term of the lease and checking into a hotel. There is no concierge service indicated in a lease agreement. Just read it people-- the legal jargon in a lease is simple enough to understand unless you are a complete and total retard. Treat the office staff with the courtesy they deserve. They are just working a job just like everyone else, and they are not stupid as some of the other reviewers have indicated. Actually, most of the residents at Alara Brook are stupid ones. If you don't like abiding by the guidelines outlined in the lease agreement, go buy a house where you can call the shots. Sometimes repairs take a few days. Get over it. I moved into Alara Brook from downtown Nashville where I was paying much more for a smaller apartment-- I had no control over the heat and I had to park on the street. Thus, a quiet community like Alara Brook was a pleasant change. If you are a regular nice person like me who just wants to live in a nice apartment in a nice part of town, then definately move here to Alara Brook. I have very much enjoyed my time at Alara Brook-- it I choose to move it won't be due to the community or the staff, if will be because of the complete morons that live there-- like our friend who published the comment below.
