Unfortunately I only had the privalage to live at ALARA Brook for 6 months, but it was definately the best community I have ever lived in! The only reason I had to move was because my company transfered me out of state, otherwise I would definately still be at ALARA Brook! The staff in the office are so sweet and willing to help you with whatever you need. I know that some people who write these reviews have some not so nice things to say about them, but everytime I have gone into the office they always greet me with a smile and they made me feel welcome. Now at every other community I go to, the leasing staff will have HUGE shoes to fill. And the maintenance were always so friendly, clean, professional and always helpeme within a few hours after I called my work order in. If you are looking for an apartment in the Cool Springs area, ALARA Brook is definately the place to be! You will not regret moving there!
