I would have to say I have been somewhat happy at these apartments, but there are definately some major concerns. The noise issue is a real problem due to thin, creaky walls and floors. Management has not always responded to our complaints with this. In addition, we recently had a incident which caused damage to our apartment and its contents. Management has not called or made any attempts to create customer enthusiasm, even though we have had to be out of our apartment for a number of days.
