There are definately issues with management at Carrington Hills. You are told one thing by one person in the office, and something totally differenty by another and ultimately nothing gets accomplished. The management does ABSOLUTELY nothing about noise complaints. The courtesy officer comes and deals with the problem, but the next night it's the same thing again. Management tells people just what they want to hear, and sweeps issues under the rug and nothing is ever dealt with the way they promise. Empty promises is all you get. As long as people are paying the rent, they won't deal with the problems that they present. Repairs get a little twist and a piece of duct tape and they claim to be fixed, then guess what...it's back! It's a repeated cycle. We can't wait until our lease is up so we can get out.
