Carrington Hills was a great apartment for me and my wife. We both loved living there and miss the area altogether. The landscaping was awesome, when we needed repairs they were on the job in within 24 hours or less. The property was keep very clean and the added bonus of having a trash pick up service was very convient. The management could use some work, on several occasions they acted as if I were really putting them out of thier way just so I can recieve a package of mine. I also questioned why they left the gate open almost all the time instead of keeping it closed, kind of defeated the purpose of having a gate. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment. In Franklin there isn't that much to chose from to start with but Carrington Hill's is where you should begin and end your search.
