My best friend did some research before she rented her first apartment and someone recommended this site to her. She called me laughing hysterically at some of the responses. I had to look and yes, I laughed to. I have never lived in an apartment but I can just about bet you that every person who wrote a bad response either didn't pay rent on time, left their trash out and was charged an extra fee, (my friend was one of them), or is expecting the same privacy you would get from owning your own home. I am sure there were some legitimate bad experiences. Life is not perfect and neither is apartment living I can assume from the postings. As an outsider, if I can give you any advice it would be this: If you are a certified complainer to which nothing makes you happy, buy a freakin' house. Now, that was my good advice. I personally would like to continue reading these hilarious rants. Oh yeah, check your spelling. It totally makes you look like an idiot when you rant and carry on and people can't make sense of it. : )

Why would anyone want your advice being as you have never lived in an apartment? What realistic perspective do you really have to offer? Also... "I had to look and yes, I laughed to." What is wrong with this sentence? It should be, I laughed too. Too = Also...which I can only assume is what you meant given your poor grammar. Before you attempt to criticize others be sure you present yourself in a credible manner. As for Carrington...I have visited the property and the grounds are gorgeous, as are the apartments. The location can't be beat. The price is a bit high, but given the Williamson County address it is not completely unreasonable.
