Carrington Hills is definitely the best apartment complex when renting. I've had three maintenance issues so far and within 24 hours the problem was fixed in each case. The only issue I have is the gate not working 90% of the time...it's not really a "gated" community. But for the price in Franklin, that's not a huge issue for me. It's pretty quiet, clean and the view is great.
