Great apartments. Worth a look.

I'm getting ready to move into a house after two years at Carrington Hills. I think the property is great and have little to no issues that relates to the leasing office. I say that because last January one of our older residents decided to mistake the gas for the brakes, hop the curb and plow through my living room wall.
I was in bed at the time so I wasn't injured (and neither was the driver), but the leasing office was very accomodating. They offered me the option of leaving my lease early. I decided not to, after all, how could they have stopped it' While my wall was being repaired they put me into a large 2br 2ba model unit for no additional charge. Once a similar unit became available, they gave me a $50/mo discount on my rent.
I never heard my neighbors. Never experienced any break-ins. They have a great pool. It's close to everything. The maintenance always responded promptly to repair what was needed (only had issues with the dishwasher in two years).
Moral of the story, while there are certainly expections to the rule, if you're a responsible resident who pays your rent when it's due, expect great service.
