We have lived here since June of 07 and let me just tell you that I love the area, and some of the neighbors but when it comes down to it.....they suck!! The construction of the buildings is so crappy that it might as well be built out of hay!! I could tell you someone's social security number if they were talking about it outside. You can hear people sneeze and shut their car doors and just about everything that could possibly go on out doors. We are a small family that makes almost no noise at all and these crazy ass people are choosing not to re-lease us our apartment for a reason that they wouldn't even give. Honestly, there couldn't possibly be a reason for them to do that, but I thank them anyhow because if I signed my lease again I would be miserable a couple of months in. They are constantly doing weird and random construction. They were building a wall around an air conditioning unit outside of my toddlers room for two weeks straight at exactly nap time. They were sawing cement blocks right below his window and I called the office to see if there was any way that they could have the construction workers at least saw the blocks somewhere else, so that they were not disturbing my son everyday and disrupting my sanity. But they didn't even ask the workers, they just said no that they wouldn't do anyhting at all. Once you move in, they could care less about your happiness. They do what they please with absolutely no regards for the tenants and the peace of life on the property. And we are paying almost 1200 dollars a month for our piece of ---- apartment. They are planning to re-lease the apartment for almost 1700 and I will tell you right now, it isn't worth the 1200 we are paying. So they are insane if they think anyone will move in there! I just hope that no one gives them the pleasure of renting their stupid apartments. Also, there were two people in our building with motorcycles and cars and they would park their motorcycles right in the very front parking spots and save them for their cars. I find this crazy as a mother and a pregnant woman who has to carry a purse, diaper bag, maybe groceries that day, and many other things into my apartment each and everytime I came home. They were single guys and they had absolutely no respect for the other people who lived there. There were other mothers and children also having to park really far away because these people were so rude. And the apartment office did nothing about it. Roughly 5 people brought it to their attention, however, once again, they did not care. I have much more, but I will spare you all.....they suck. Oh, the insulation is horrible, electric bills are very high because of extremely poor windows and insulation. Don't waste your 1700 dollars....haha...that is so ridiculous!!

I agree. It looks nice, but lots of problems the staff won't deal with.

I agree as well. They apartments are so poorly insulated that when it is windy outside, you can literally feel and hear the wind coming through the patio door & out the front door. These apartments are pieces of junk!

yep, peice of crap, save your money...rent elsewhere...mgt sucks big time!
