From the outside, Carrington Hills is a very desirable place to live and the Staff is very friendly when you sign the lease. The rates are a bit extreme for units with so many problems (mainly electrical).

If you like your privacy this is not the place to be. My experience, on two occasions, persons indentifying themselves as contract workers opened the front door with a key while I was there. In both cases they commented that they thought the unit was empty. Doesnt appear to be a lot of control of keys. This is, of course, discouraging if you have teenagers or pre-teens home by themselves. Myself and my children have never felt safe in the neighborhood. The gated entrance is a complete farce.

The water in the Kitchen cannot be used for drinking. I have had to use the water from the bathroom for both Drinking and Cooking. Apparently nothing can be done to fix the problem.

Yeah, we had the same thing happened twice. However, our unwelcomed visitors came while we were asleep. We reported this to the front office - They never got back on whart happened.
