I have had several noise complaints of people in my apartments walking loudly. Yes Walking loudly. I am constantly hasseled by management over this issue. Construct better units! I am a grown up and know how to walk so maybe you need to look at the flimsy construction. Also I have $250 electric bills cause of the crap construction. Also the trash dumpster is down a hill near a wooded area. You are not visible from the street at all and i would advise no female to dump trash there.

You're right. Insulation is AWFUL!! You can FEEL the cold air coming through around the windows. Our electric bills aren't as high (between $100 and $150) because we bought a couple of space heaters and keep the heat at 60 at night and when we're not home and 65 when we're home. It's cold, but blankets are cheaper than electric bills!

I don't have proper weather stripping under my door...the units truly do suck! I hate living here...looking to move asap!
