We have been living in Carrington Hills for two years. The office and maintenance staff has been excellent. They have quickly responded to every one of our requests usually within 24 hours. The apartments are very nice. Many have been upgraded. So, you may ask. why are you moving' The closet and cabinet spaces are limited. This is not a problem for everyone. If you are not a collector type of tenant, as we happen to be, we highly recommend Carrington Hills.
We owned our own homes - from 1971 until 2006. We know what high utility bills are really all about. Our current $35-$55/month for water, sewer, and curbside garbage pick up assessment is not unreasonable. Our fellow tenants should factor in our sewer and garbage pick ups - before complaining. And, water used at the free, community, car wash station and water used for landscaping maintenance benefits everyone.
