Please do not choose these apartments. I moved in 6 months back and am already fed up with these apartments. I will not talk about small things, but just one big scary thing. We have rats/mices in our apartment. The maintenance has closed its ears on this problem. I am at a stage where I am going to loose patience. Two rats were caught in our house. The third one, died behind the refrigerator and it was smelling for almost a week in the house, before maintenance removed it. Now I still get that smell in my house and there is all probability of another mice being in the house. I am very fed up with this.


Still, if you want to live in this place, then you will have great company of rats.
