Franklin Oaks

Oh my god. I lived there for threee years and the other postings are soo true. The place was nice for about the first six months then it went to hell. They let the nastiest people live there and they are a click and they expect to you to kiss their behinds or they will make you miserable. My daughter ended up in the ICU at Vanderbilt because there was a leak in the roof and mold was in the walls and ceilings but they deny it. It is funny though because they let me out of my lease for free when I threatened to get an attorney. It is just NASTY. The outside may look OK but the insides are outdated and falling apart. My carpet was so old and they kept promising to replace it but it never happened. The pool is just disgusting and I won't even get into the hot tub situation. They are full of tricks and lies when leasing you an apartment, they showed us one on the 300 side and made it seem like that was the one we were getting but when we got the key it was a completely different apt. across the street where they do not care what it looks like over there. I have two friends that are there and they are both in the process of moving. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
