I am inclined to agree with happy long term tenant. It appears that the loudest complaints come from those that categorically were bad tenants. Maybe if one would take the time and effort to clean their apartment ants, mice, and assorted members of the pest family would not be in their abode. Try looking in the mirror when looking for someone to blame for your problems. The staff here is very attentive and explained my lease to me in a concise easy to understand manner. I could have easily not listened and then blamed them for my faux pas'. This property is great and until I decide to buy a home I will stay right here.
