Nice Place for A Good Price

My mother and I lived in Carrington for several years before moving to Franklin Oaks and Franklin Oaks has proved a much better choice. We've now been here for 5 years and even through the changes (no more free water or basic cable and additions to the exterior)we've never had any real problems. Our neighbors keep to themselves and aren't noisy and it isn't as far to the trash bin as some people make it out to be. I feel the new trash compactor is am improvment over the old style bins in which trash frequently over-flowed. They have recently redone the siding and gutters and replaced the wood and screens on the balcony's which are much nicer than before.
The tennis courts people say are always occupied, are never occupied as far as I see. I've seen several instances of people using it how it's meant to be used: for playing tennis and the mangement has recently informed me they plan to bring in all new gym equipment by May. The hot tub sometimes has a problem with leaves falling into it, but other than that, I've always liked going there during the time it's open and I can understand why they close it during the winter months.
So far I have been pleased with my stay and would recommend other apartment buyers here as well.
