I've lived in these apartments for a year. It has been a wonderful experience. I will sign another year lease in the next month. My unit is adorable with very clean carpets, freshly painted walls, and was spotless when I moved in.





The staff is incredible, kind, responsive, friendly, and very fair. As I read some of these negative reviews, I can't help but think they are from the people who have been fined for leaving their garbage on the porch for days, tearing up the grass with their u-hauls, and not picking up the "deposit" their dogs made on public grounds. The staff is tough on those who negatively impact the lives of other resident. I am thrilled about this! I don't want to live next to irresponsible, dirty, bug-attracting slobs.





Most of my neighbors are professionals who respect others and are great to have as neighbors. As in every complex, there are a few undesirables who are not respectful. One of the best things about this complex is the management staff requires everyone to adhere to the simple rules they all agreed to when they signed a lease. You will have no trouble at Franklin Oaks if you simply live like a human and not trailer trash.





Sure a few things have been torn up for a few months, but they are in the middle of remodeling. I think a few things torn up for the sake of remodeling is quite acceptable.





To those of you who are complaining about the place... MOVE!! You're the ones leaving garbage on your door step, tearing up the grass, not cleaning up after your pets, and simply annoying the upstanding residents with your lack of pride in yourselves and your surroundings. You are the people I don't want as neighbors. I want the management staff to make you very uncomfortable, fine you for breaking the rules, and get you out of my complex. If you're a responsible adult, who takes pride in yourself and your surroundings, it's great to live here and you will be quite happy.
