This was the first apartment I had ever lived in.... it nearly turned me off from apartments for good. The deal seems great until you move in. There was a constant leak in our ceiling, we had atrocious neighbors that left trash on our stoop, pool and hot tub were disgusting, we received no compensation for having to deal with all the construction noise, construction filth, rude construction workers, there was never anywhere to park, the dumpster was always overflowing, and twice we received eviction notices that each time were intended for some other tenant. Please never ever move here!!!
