Great apartment, great location

My wife and I were looking for a nice apartment in a safe neighborhood, but were having a difficult time. Then we found Franklin Oaks. The apartment community was clean and serene. We knew this was the place for us.
A major deciding factor was the location. Franklin Oaks is situated between Cool Springs and Franklin, and has easy access to I65. From our front door, we had seven grocery stores no more than five miles away, Cool Springs Galleria, Wal-Mart, Target, every imaginable restaurant and so much more less than 10 minutes away. Needless to say it's a great location.
The staff is great and maintenance is fast and reliable. The only reason we are leaving is to build our house. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.
