Looks can be deceiving

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I've lived here for two years. I just renewed my lease two months ago, because I had no choice. They promised me my rent would not go up. They lied! When they told me it would go up $65 I had until 5:00 that day to figure out if I was going to stay or leave. Since I didn't have time to look for another place to live, I had to renew my lease. What exactly does the extra $65 go towards. Lets see; the horrible bug problem; the noisy neighbors; the constant maintence problems (the still have yet to fix a hole in my patio ceiling that I requested over 3 months ago); the cheap amenities in the apartments; nowhere to park; the new windows they were supposed to put in a month ago; the lack of padding underneath my carpet; the vinyl flooring that took them 5 months to fix after several requests; among many little things. If I'm going to pay good hardworking money, I expect to get good hardworking service! Don't move here.
