Cheap but poor customer service

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
While this was the cheapest apartment we found in the Franklin area, the customer service was VERY poor. When we moved in, the apartment was nasty (hair in the tub, filthy dishwasher with rotten food in the food trap...). When we recently went to put our 30-day notice in to move out, they (the complex) became very nasty to us. They all of a sudden said we have to pay to have our carpets steam-cleaned (we have no major spots on it and this was NEVER mentioned to us earlier).
