Usually you would find me hard pressed to write something detrimental about a business. In this case, I make an exception. A word to the wise, save your money and live elsewhere. Currently this complex is starting to get run down. They are currently about to begin renovating it and have flat out said they are doing it so they can raise rates. They also put a notice up at the main office saying that if they come in your apartment and break anything while doing so, its your responsibility to have renter's insurance and they are not responsible. Forgive me if that doesnt send warnings saying that gives the contractors permission to be as careless and break or steal whatever they want. There is only 1 trash bin in the entire complex now and usually it has the trash overflowing and all over the ground. The pool and fitness center are poorly kept and the new management is abysmal. I just went to a new complex and found that about 70 other people from this one have fled to them over the past year. It is almost as if they are trying their best to drive off the current residents so that there is no griping over the price hike going around when they do it. Save your money and put it into a complex worth staying in.
