I have to agree with the other reviews...when my husband and I moved here, the apt. complex paid for both water and basic cable...but now they make the renters pay (they changed this promise in the middle of our contract). Service requests I have put in take at least a few days to receive a response (some have never gotten fixed). And I must kill at least 5 bugs in our apartment every day. It is definitely worth it to spend a little more and rent somewhere else! We are breaking our lease and leaving soon.
