I have lived in franklin Oaks for a little over a year, and have had an overal very nice experince. The staff is helpful, and open. They are very willing to fix problems, and matinence usually gets handled very qucikly. They are a bit much for the price, but a lot of renovations have been going on in other units, which I am sure inflated the price a bit. My only real complaint is the parking situation. There are too many cars on the side of the street I love on, and if you get to the lot after 8:30 p.m. you have to park far away from your apartment.
