Generally poor, particularly slow service. This may have changed for the better recently or perhaps we are getting special treatment after raising a fuss with the managemnet company (AIMCO) and the regional AIMCO property manager.

For the fourth time since we have lived here, the management has falsely accused us of owing them money. They never tell you why you are supposed to owe them, simply threatenting to turn the matter over to their lawyers if they don't receive the money in a few days.

The management recently avoided rasing rent on our lease renewal by passing on previously included costs (cable and water/sewage)to the tenants. Rent did not go up, but the cost of living here did.

As soon as we save enough money for a downpayment on a house, we are out of here!
