First of all, the model that they showed me looked nothing like the apartment I got--classic case of "bait and switch". When I moved in, the apartment was very dirty and many, many things needed repair. I refused to sign the lease until the things were fixed which finally were. The interior is very outdated, and is not updated like the model they will show you. The outside is not maintained at all. There's a severe pest problem because they refuse to spray. They won't replace things that break over and over--they just want to repair. The landscaping is poorly maintained. They tried to make me pay for electricity while the apartment was vacant (before I moved in). BAD, BAD PLACE TO LIVE.
