Government subsidized and still not maintained. Glad to be gone. The conditions are not fit for human or animal, yet they claim to be pet friendly. Along with the general looks of the place, there are so many issues involving health and safety. Here are just a few things to look forward to. If you like black mold, faulty electric, leaking plumbing, insects and rodents, ivy growing on the inside of your walls and leaky ceilings' If you like paying anywhere from $750 - $1150 for the exact same apartment' If you don't care about not having a place to park' If you don't care about a dumpster that is never emptied' If you don't care about a staff of liars' Then this is the place for you. Talk to as many renters, especially on the 301 side that you can... then run... fast and in the opposite direction.

It sounds as if we lived in the exact same apartment! I had all of those problems and I thought mine was just exceptionally run down, guess not. I lived on the 301 side and it was one word: NIGHTMARE. I have moved out recently but still battling my deposit not being returned. They steal your money!!
