I lived in these apartments for two years. On the good hand, it is a very peaceful neighborhood. I never had any kind of noise problem or problems with neighbors. But on the bad side within one year I had to have my entire bathroom floor ripped up and replaced because of a leak. They replaced it with beautiful flooring that didn't match the rest of the apartment. When I first moved in the closet door in the second bedroom was already broken and never was fixed. Also I had a water heater leak. On top of all that I had an entire cupboard come off the frame into my hands in the kitchen, when maintainence was called all they did was put a couple of nails in. Then to make matters worse for 2 years my drybar drawers were broken. Maintainence had come to "fix" them several times and always just nailed them back together. Overall it isnt a terrible apartment, but I like to live without drama. I don't want maintainence in my home every other week fixing things. Its a nuisance and an inconvenience.
