This apartments which goes under the name of Franklin Oaks Apartments is owned by AIMCO
INC, a large corporation who feels no moral responsibility to it's tenants then to take their money and try and add as many charges to it as possible. They have the most absurd payment system. Can't take your credit card when you are away, I travel a lot with my job, go to the online service can't get through, but I did get to stay on hold for an hour. Leave a call back number I did not receive a call! Now we are into their five day late period where I'm sure as I had to do last time send certified funds with attorneys fees. Personally, I don't get much work done when I have to deal with an ineffective corporation such as AIMCO, not to mention my frustration level. THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE GREAT AND NICE PEOPLE AS ARE SOME OF THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE. THE APTS ARE WELL MAINTAINED BUT NOT WORTH DEALING WITH RED TAPE!
