Staff is very careless and not very friendly. Never got returns on my phone calls for anything. Maintenance was a nightmare. The apartments are crappy and need remodeling, but they keep jacking the price up on the rent. It was like every issue I had, it took nearly threatening them to get anything done, and usually it was never enough anyways. The idiot running the accounting ledgers constantly messed up my rent and account and at one point the office demanded I pay more money when I owed nothing! They were supposed to paint two of my walls when I moved in for free and it took a year and a half to do that and they painted it the wrong color. They were rude and not concerned about any sincere problem I had. I have recently moved out, and I'm glad to be out, but I am now having to battle management on getting back my deposit, which was $170 and they only gave me $7 back. They are ridiculous and a pain to deal with. Location may be great, but everything else is lacking. Maintenance staff is ok, they sometimes fixed my problems and sometimes they did not. In fact, I still had problems not fixed when I moved out. Needless to say, I have yet to hear back from AIMCO about getting things sorted out. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!
