Horrible Apartments, Absolutely Disgusting!

These apartments are disgusting, horrible, not maintained whatsoever. Their residents are 80% Hispanic, always partying, loud, annoying, rude, among other words I can't say. Their places fluctuate daily, one day its $650, the next day its $800...imagine giving an extra $150 a month just because. Their staff is shady, always working around the truth. I have friends that lived here, they moved out at first chance. DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOUR A LOW INCOME MINORITY!

I've lived at Franklin Oaks since Apr. 09 and the complex is NOT full of --------. I live near the office and it is quiet except in the summer when a bunch of WHITE people are partying at the pool. The Mexican people that do live near me are quiet and respectful. I've had to call the police SEVERAL times because of WHITE people in the 24 bldg. Domestic disputes, partying at 3-4am! You are just a racist and if you don't like it then MOVE. By the way I'm a white woman and I AM LOW-INCOME. I get food stamps and I don't make noise and I am respectful of my neighbors! You are stereotyping people and that is wrong.
