I have lived at Franklin Oaks for almost 6 months. My neighbors are really great (quiet, friendly), the office staff is always friendly to me except Brian but he's not nice to anyone, the maintenince guys are helpful and friendly. The only problems I have are this: The spiders are REALLY bad. I've had pest control come 2 times and they're rude, lazy and obviously ripping the apartment complex off, the parking is horrible, the courtesy officer is LAZY. The only problems I have with noise are coming from the side opposite of the office (especially bldg. #24) I've had to call the police SEVERAL times. I live on the side by the office so it's bad that I can hear them all the way across the road! Other than that, in the summer people are constantly using the pool at night that either don't live here or are really loud at 1am. Other than those few things I really enjoy living here and the apartments are a good price for the Franklin area. Anything cheaper is going to be a slum.

I have been a resident at Franklin Oaks for 2 months now! The apartment community is enjoyable to live in. The office staff and maintance staff are awesome! They are so friendly and helpful at all times!
