Excellent apartment for the price.
1 br are $645 two bedrooms are about $745 3 BR $910 and Town Houses are $850 all units include water bill.
My wife and I have lived here 2 years and are now
in the process of buying our own house.
The office staff (Martha) is well-trained and very professional.
The wait time for maintenance is really short... professional, kind
and understanding When there is a problem, he is always very
responsive and gets it done with a smile.

These apartments are beautiful,
and situated in an excellent location and close to just about everything you
would need or want.
Have really enjoyed Magnolia Place and will miss the
very cordial residents
as well as the staff
when I move. The complex is pet
friendly, which is a huge plus since I have a dog.
