	MY HEATING BILL IS DOUBLE OF WHAT A HOME SHOULD BE DUE TO THE DRAFTS AROUND THE WINDOWS. I HAVE PAPERTOWELS STUFFED IN THE OPENINGS TO KEEP OUT WHAT COLD I CAN. AND AS FOR THE DOOR I HAVE NEWSPAPERS ... more
