For the amount of rent, this community should be gated.

It would add a whole lot of atmosphere to the place.

Also I have been here four months and have not seen any type of pest control, there are lots of spiders outside.

Also there are cheaper apartmetns in the area which either provide washer and dryers or security systems.

I have also heard hooror stories about lease renewal.

I hope I do not have any problems.

They ahsoul also offer carpet cleaning or reeplace tile when one moves in.
