When my family moved in about 4 years ago it was terrific.
We loved it up until recently.
Ram bought the property and they fired the majority of the staff.
The maintenance men that the tenants were very fond of are gone.
The office staff are all corporate snobs and they could care less about you.
You are just an apartment number to them.
They love to talk about you behind your back to other staff members and even tenants.The landscaping is awful, it used to be kept nice but now the grass has to come to an adults knees before they get it cut.
There are bugs everywhere, maintenance is slow and unresponsive.
They stopped the monthly resident breakfasts and there are no more parties for the residents.
They took the bench away from te kids to sit on while they wait for the bus and they also took the snacks away that the kids woyld come in and get after school.
These little things are what drew us to these apartments and for over a 1000 dollars a month we deserve more.
We used to be treated like humans and there was NEVER any hesitation to go to the office if you had a problem but now you are treated like you are not good enough to live here.

Wow....as a past Manager for this apartment complex, it warms my heart to know that we were appreciated for the things we did....(not that our wonderful Residents didnt tell us in person)....I loved cooking for them on the first saturday of every month...not to mention the pool parties and the haunted house at halloween !!! I wished all the Residents of my years there the best happiness in the world....Debora Kemmitz Wernecke : )
